Press agency Reuters states that the U.S. wants to indict the hackers that attacked Yahoo. It is not yet known for which cyber attacks the hackers are suspected. The suspects come from Canada and Russia.

The Canadian suspect will most likely be extradited to the U.S. There's still uncertainty concerning the Russian suspect, as the U.S. does not have any extradition agreements with Russia.

Yahoo and the Department of Justice in the United States do not want to comment on the news. Reuters apparently acquired the information through a personal source.
