A spokesman of the Russian government has responded to the accusation of Russia carrying out cyber attacks on the Dutch election system. The spokesman called the accusations a ''bizarre way to create hysteria''.

Maria Zakharova told Russian state television that the messages and accusations regarding cyber attacks are nonsense. She said that ministers in the Dutch government are hyping up the hysteria among other countries. The spokesman said that no evidence was provided to prove that Russia carried out a cyber attack.

Zakharova also discussed the accusations that were made by the Dutch minister of Foreign Affairs. He formerly stated that he was aware of cyber attacks carried out by the Russians.

Reports stated that Russia hacked the Democratic Party of the U.S.A. The spokesman concluded her reactions with the following statement; 'if there's anything that has been hacked it must have been the brains of Barack Obama'
